Our on-line craft shop has a fully automated shopping cart and secure ordering system.  There are a variety of ways to shop with us  … use our secure online ordering system or fax/post an order form back to us.  If you do NOT want to use the secure ordering facility, please download our fax/post order form here and fill in the codes, colours and quantities etc on the form along with all of your contact details, then post or fax it back to us. For tips on how to make the most of searching our website, please go to our  Products section for tips on how to optimize your search.  Our products fall into different categories and sub categories therefore these tips will help you to find what you want easily and quickly.   When you have found an item you wish to purchase, please add the quantity you require in the Quantity box on the right hand side.   If there are a variety of colours, sizes etc, please also select from the drop down menu on the right hand side called Colour or Size (if there is a large selection of colours, you may be required to type the colour name in the colour chart area). Then click on Add To Cart. You will then move to view your shopping cart, simply click on Continue Shopping every time you want to go back to the products section until you are finished making your purchases.  You can view your cart contents at any time by clicking on the View Cart logo at the top left hand side of the screen. When you have finished shopping, please click on the Proceed to Check Out option in your cart area.  This will offer you a summary of the items you have chosen and give you one last opportunity to change the contents in your cart by clicking on Make Changes to Cart.  If you are happy and wish now to purchase, please click on Proceed to Check Out. This takes you to our secure check out area.  The site is secured by 128bit encryption, all orders are sent via a highly secure checkout and the site is secured using Thawte security internet technology.  Simply complete all fields of the secure check out area and then Process Order.  You will receive a confirmation note to show the order has been sent.  We aim to ship your order within 48 hours, but this can change due to product availability.  If a product is out of stock we will contact you via email to advise you and give you the option to back order or delete this item from your order.   If you would like information on freight, please click here.
